Returns & Refunds

You Have 30 Calendar Days To Return An Item From The Date Of Receipt For Damage Only.No Refunds Unless Damaged Upon Receipt Or Defective In Some Way.  To Be Eligible For A Return, The Item Must Be In Its Original Packaging, Unused And In The Same Condition That You Received It. We Will Request The Original Receipt Showing Date And Proof Of Purchase. Custom orders are final sale. 

Once We Receive Your Item And Inspect It, We Will Notify You On The Status Of Your Refund. An Original Receipt Showing Date And Method Of Payment Is Required.

All Returned Items Are Shipped At The Buyers Expense. Shipping Costs Are Non­refundable. We Do Require Appropriate Packaging To Ensure The Safe Return Of The Item. For Your Protection, We Highly Recommend That You Insure Your Return For The Purchase Price.

Shipping

All of our pieces are unique and can vary greatly in weight and size. The shipping cost is based on these dimensions. Unless you specify a shipping method, we will always use the most affordable option. We charge a flat shipping rate based based on our largest organizer, then we will refund you the difference. If it is a custom piece, we will give you a shipping quote before charging the order.
